Keep in mind that your instructor's syllabus may differ from the common syllabus with regard to matters such as attendance, use of technology in class (not on exams), and allocation of credit non-exam components of the course. The scheduling, grading, and allocation of exam credit is uniform across all sections as are  the relative weights of the exams (80%) and other activities (20%).
